About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in Blue Prism and Power Automate, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing and improving business processes using automation solutions.
The RPA Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate.

• Location: Melbourne (CBD based)

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Blue Prism and Power Automate
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to automate business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop automation solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain documentation of automation solutions, including process flows, testing procedures, and deployment instructions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is written in accordance with established coding standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in automation technologies, including Blue Prism and Power Automate
• Troubleshoot and debug automation solutions to resolve issues and improve overall system performance
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track automation solution performance and identify areas for improvement

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing and improving business processes using automation solutions
• Certification in Blue Prism and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism and Power Automate and experience in developing automation solutions using these platforms
• Experience in designing and developing automation solutions to automate business processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based automation platforms such as Azure, PL500 or PL900 certification
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
