HR Truck Driver – Melbourne
TAXIBOX is Australia's leading mobile storage company, with operations across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our company is recognised nationally for disrupting the traditional storage industry, we've built a national (and now international) reputation for innovation, smart tech, and an unbeatable workplace culture. We're expanding seriously fast and due to our growth, we're looking for a skilled and committed HR Truck Driver to join the team primarily based in Somerton (with occasional work from our Braeside facility). This full-time role includes Saturdays as part of your 5-day work week.
What's our secret sauce?
We do things differently by living our values:
- Super service — We don't believe in the word 'unfortunately'. So much so that we went ahead and completely removed it from our vocabulary. Instead of backing into the easy way out, we step up and find solid solutions.
- Great people — our team of TAXIBOXERS are committed and take pride in both what they do and are strong brand advocates. We also have very long standing team members with very low staff turnover compared with industry averages.
- Smart tech — Behind every TAXIBOX delivery is an army of bots that just make everything work better, smarter and much more efficiently. We won't bore you with the details… but trust us, it works. Well.
Our commitment to excellence shines through in our 4.9-star Trustpilot and 4.8 Product Review ratings (and countless 5* reviews)– an industry-leading score we're incredibly proud of.
As a TAXIBOX team member, you'll be delivering TAXIBOXES using a HR truck and truck-mounted forklift. This is a fun and stimulating opportunity that offers the right applicant a great lifestyle, excellent pay, detailed and ongoing training and a rewarding career.
The successful applicant will be someone who fits with our DNA:
- You'll do more than just drive – you'll be interacting with our customers and are the face of our company – this means we are looking for friendly individuals that are willing to deal with the general public
- You'll be willing to contribute to the success of the team by using initiative and embracing change; and
- You'll be reliable and contribute to a positive team environment.
The basic requirements are:
- At least 2 years experience driving an HR truck
- A good driving record and a clean criminal history check
- Ability to follow well documented processes
Ready to join us?
This is an exciting, secure opportunity for a full-time role, starting immediately. If you're ready to join a team that does things differently, we'd love to hear from you
