About The Role

Our Officeworks Hermit Park store is hiring We are seeking passionate, fixed-term, part-time team members to join various departments, including replenishment and customer service.

As a team member, you will be a customer service specialist, working with your team to ensure excellent customer service. You will provide expert advice on a range of products and services and act as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador.

This role requires flexibility across operating hours on weekdays from 7 am to 5 pm. It is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent, with opportunities to work across different Officeworks locations and advance your career.

About You

You are customer-focused, passionate about service and customer experience. You enjoy working with people, being busy in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility, and delivering on commitments. You pride yourself on providing a great customer experience and are flexible with your availability to work weekdays and weekends to meet customer needs.
