About The Role

Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to start your career in the rapidly growing field of Building Automation and Controls? Airmaster is seeking a motivated and technically minded Graduate Engineer to join our Sydney team. This is your chance to work on innovative projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Graduate Engineer, you'll be part of a team delivering cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) solutions. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and technicians, gaining exposure to all aspects of BMS projects - from design and commissioning to maintenance and optimisation.

As part of the team, you will be involved in:

  1. Assisting with the design, configuration, and commissioning of BMS and lighting control systems
  2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing system performance issues under the guidance of senior engineers
  3. Participating in project delivery, including on-site system testing and customer support
  4. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop energy-efficient solutions for clients
  5. Attending training programs to enhance your technical knowledge and expertise

What We're Looking For

We're seeking enthusiastic university graduates with:

  1. A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines)
  2. A strong interest in building automation, controls, and energy efficiency
  3. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems or BMS technologies (desirable but not essential)
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team-focused environment
  6. A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow
