Job Description

Join our team
We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.

This work involves posing as a customer, making detailed observations about your experience, and completing an online survey about the experience.

The ideal Customer Service Reviewer has an eye for detail, a good memory, is reliable, has excellent communication skills, and access to the internet.

The number of assignments offered depends on your availability, ability to complete tasks successfully, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
