Overview

TMGM is seeking a passionate and experienced Thai-speaking Account Manager to join its team. The role focuses on driving sales for TMGM's products and services and delivering exceptional client service across all communication channels. Location and exact working arrangement are flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services.
  • Independently identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels and respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Address client issues effectively and proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work toward specific KPIs to meet or exceed sales targets and expand knowledge about the FX industry, TMGM's platforms, and products.
  • Contribute to team and individual metrics and overall company success.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry; 2+ years in customer-focused environments (e.g., customer services, sales, inbound/outbound support, consulting) is advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers; strong communication skills or motivation to improve.
  • Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset; diligent, results-driven, and resilient.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities with the capacity to tailor approaches to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai.
