About the role

Northern Beaches Libraries are one of the largest and well-used library services in NSW, with six library branches and online/outreach services. The Library Marketing & Communications Producer will focus on website content, digital/print collateral, and collaboration across Council units to promote events and programs, while supporting customer service across library branches on a 7-day service model.

Our opportunity

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Maintain, edit and improve website pages to ensure a dynamic and engaging customer experience
  • Produce and coordinate content for print and digital collateral, including digital screens and social media to foster community connection and interaction
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Council units to ensure effective leverage and cross-promotion of events and programs
  • Undertake customer service duties to support the effective operation of library branches across a 7-day service
