The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Commonwealth Government team in our Canberra office. This role will support our Litigation Practice, led by Stephen Coyle, and offers a unique chance to elevate your career while contributing to a dynamic and growing practice. You'll be busy with:

• assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;
• matter management;
• preparation of correspondence and court documents;
• monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant; and
• diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration.

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• experience in assisting in managing a high volume practice;
• experience supporting a Partner or executive;
• excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;
• strong time management and organisation skills; and
• experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
