Salary: AUD (127,971-141,157) Annual Gross

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions for a major education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP architecture, cross-functional integration, and public cloud deployment, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and guide the client through SAP best practices.

• Design scalable, secure, and compliant SAP solutions tailored to the education sector.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration across modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Plant Maintenance).

• Provide strategic input on SAP roadmap, innovations, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and public cloud deployment standards.

• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and project leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP projects, ideally in the public or education sector.

• Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices, Fiori UX, and SAP Activate methodology.

• Expertise in at least two core modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Asset Management).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Australia and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Solution Architecture or relevant modules.

• Experience with integration to third-party systems (e.g., student management, facilities systems).

• Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations in the education sector.

• Experience in agile or hybrid project delivery models.
