Our multi-disciplinary team supports the community with services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

Job Description

We're currently inviting Speech Pathologists—from new graduates to experienced clinicians—to join our growing team in the Northern NSW region, supporting participants in Ballina, Byron Bay, and Mullumbimby.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way
  • Supporting participants across settings—home, school, and the broader community
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
  • Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
  • Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
  • Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
  • A fun, team-first approach to work
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
