About the Role

As a Console Operator, your focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment. The role is fast-paced, requiring multitasking and effective time management. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our diverse food offerings and premium barista coffee.

About You & Your Skills

  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Available to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
