SSI Group is seeking a Community Sport & Recreation Development Officer in Logan City to drive inclusive sport and recreation programs. You will design and evaluate participation activities, mentor community coaches, and strengthen relationships with clubs, schools and community groups to remove participation barriers.
The role emphasizes safe, engaging programs, data-driven improvement, and a welcoming environment that fosters confidence, social connections and leadership among participants.
