The Client

The Position

As a Customs Broker, you will play a key role in air and sea freight clearances for a wide range of commodities. You will work closely with clients to manage clearances and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

The role is in a KPI-driven environment where you will be supported by regular training sessions and development opportunities.

The Responsibilities

• Classify and lodge air and sea freight clearances for a wide range of commodities
• Liaise with clients regarding customs requirements to expedite clearances
• Respond to customs inquiries from both colleagues and customers
• Maintain knowledge on current changes to customs processes and regulations
• Provide customs advice and support as required
• Manage tariff concessions and valuation matters

The Requirements

It is essential you are a Licensed Customs Broker and you are able to demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge of customs processes and regulations
• Effective communication skills at multiple levels
• Ability to manage your time efficiently and solve problems promptly
• Dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Ability to work well in a KPI-driven environment
