About The Role

Feedwell is Sydney's go-to for fresh, healthy catering fuelling teams at Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.

We're looking for a Food Production Team Leader to run our early morning Bread Team. This is a hands-on role assembling high volumes of wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for next-day delivery. You'll lead a small crew while working side-by-side on the bench no service, no chaos, just clean, accurate, high-volume food prep.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of 24 staff during the 2am7am shift
• Assemble sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, and other cold items
• Label, pack, and check items for accuracy and presentation
• Maintain flow and cleanliness across your section
• Guide your team to meet quality and speed targets
• Liaise with your supervisor if issues or support are needed
  
  

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have 3+ years food prep or kitchen experience (café, catering, QSR, or commercial kitchen)
• Are confident with portioning, assembly, and knife handling
• Have led or trained staff (or are ready to step into a leadership role)
• Thrive in a quiet, structured early morning environment
• Are neat, punctual, and keep your section on track
• Can read labels, follow systems, and speak clear English
  
  

Perfect for a chef, cook, or kitchen lead who wants structure, calm, and consistent weekday mornings.

Shift & Location

• Monday to Friday, 1:30am 7:00am
• Located at our CBD kitchen (near Town Hall station)
• No weekends or split shifts
