Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the course of our 10 year contract.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an opportunity for an experiencedProject Managerto join our Confluence Water Joint Venture team on a permanent, full-time basis. This presents an excellent opportunity to undertake Construction ofWater & Wastewater Projects in a long-term program of works. You will be responsible for the delivery of the project from inception to final stage commissioning whilst focusing on the development and efficient productivity of a growing team. These projects will initially be focused on Belrose, Wahroonga and Beacon Hill.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate about the Project Management Fundamentals including: - Time, Cost, Schedule, Risk.
  • Experience working on Water and Waste Water infrastructure projects
  • Solid experience and understanding of project forecasting requirements.
  • Can effectively communicate with senior leaders and tradespeople.
  • Exposure to large infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and has an appetite for developing others.
