We are a well-established leader in the Glass Industry, serving clients ranging from homeowners to designers, architects, and builders who require reliable service and quality glass products.

Role Overview:

The Service Manager oversees daily operations using our job management system (ServiceM8), coordinating across departments. This hybrid role involves operational planning, technical support, project coordination, and on-site leadership.

The ideal candidate will focus on productivity, staff development, customer satisfaction, and budget management, supporting the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Details available upon request, including strategic planning, operational management, job estimation, workflow coordination, on-site leadership, customer and technical support, and financial oversight.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification as a Glazier
  • Strong knowledge of glass installation, especially in replacement and aluminium work
  • Experience with aluminium, shopfronts, office, and overhead partitions
  • Highly organized with adaptability to changing situations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Leadership skills, including difficult conversations
  • Willingness to participate in on-site work to meet objectives
