Permanent Full Time Position
At Kao Salon Australia and New Zealand, we provide hair stylists, salons, and their customers the best of the best in hair color, hair care, and styling. We reach new goals with innovation, breaking the norms of the hair industry, and working with the best names in the business, Goldwell - our heritage brand continually pushing the boundaries of technology and sustainability, Kerasilk - our range of natural and organic hair care products creating hair as strong as it is beautiful, and KMS - our styling brand, which is constantly evolving with creative concepts and trends. Combining Kao Salon's leading research and development and thorough understanding of stylists worldwide, we strive to innovate and push the industry expectations through our brands.

Who we are looking for…
- Experience within a hair or beauty salon environment
- Passionate about all things hair
- Works well within a team, as well as individually
- Microsoft Suite & Salesforce knowledge is beneficial; however, we are open to training
As a Sales Executive, your key focus areas will include…
- Working with key salons developing their businesses while establishing new relationships
- Partnering with the education team on business development opportunities
- Execution of new product launches
- Adding and contributing to a strong and thriving team culture
- Working towards professional targets & business budgets
This role includes regional travel where you will be away from home approximately one week in four.
