About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SeniorSite Managerto join our client team for an exciting $50M construction project in McLaren Vale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, supervising safety, and ensuring the project runs on time and to budget. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this hands-on role will involve leading a site-based team of employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective, efficient, and successful execution of the project onsite
- Ensure all work complies with environmental, health & safety, industrial relations, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
- Provide strong leadership to all site personnel
- Develop and manage short-term and long-term programs
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials delivery, and site logistics
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Proven and stable background within the construction industry
- Strong experience in site supervision/foreman roles on significant projects
- Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Enthusiastic, motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for the building and construction industry
