We are looking for a Head Technician to join our Kotara team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high standards of customer service
  • Coach and develop workshop team to solve operational performance problems
  • Manage stock levels to suite operational demand
  • Maintain the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe and professional condition

Requirements:
  • Extensive understanding of Workshop Service and Repairs on all makes and model
  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology / MVTC License (NSW)
  • MVTC License or equivalent
  • Must hold a current driver's license

Since its inception in 2007, Motorserve has been a prominent player in the Australian car servicing and mechanical repairs industry. In 2019, Insurance Australia Group (IAG) acquired Motorserve, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. With this acquisition, Motorserve's role has evolved from being a standalone business to a major support component in IAG's Insurance Repair model.

The Motorserve model aims to revo insurance repairs by providing a network of Assessment centers that are within a 30-minute drive of all metro customers. This network currently operates in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, with expansion plans to include Perth and Adelaide in the coming years.
