Your new role

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the annual marketing strategy and bring it to life across digital, print, retail, and events. This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll drive lead generation, manage brand communications, and support the growth of retail and merchandise offerings. You'll also coordinate social media content, oversee website updates, and lead the promotion of internal and community events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering lead generation campaigns across social, print, and referral channels
• Managing the marketing calendar, including workshops and joint ventures
• Coordinating social media content, paid ads, and monthly content shoots
• Maintaining website content and SEO relevance
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Driving retail sales and managing merchandise drops
• Leading event marketing and internal communications

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within health, fitness, lifestyle or hospitality sectors
• Strong skills in social media strategy, advertising, and content creation
• Experience in brand management and marketing communications
• A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A passion for health and fitness, and a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
