Senior Product Manager – Physical Consumer Products | Major Transformation

Location: Melbourne CBD | Full-Time | Hybrid Work Available

We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Manager who knows what it takes to bring physical products to market—think t-shirts, skincare, bubble bath, and beyond. If you've got experience turning ideas into real, tangible products and love working at the intersection of commercial outcomes and customer experience, this could be your next big move.

Our client, a well-known organisation in the midst of a major business transformation, is looking for a product leader to help drive this next phase. You'll be working across a complex product landscape, supporting a team of two commercially minded stakeholders who are still finding their feet in the digital space. Your role is part leader, part translator, part visionary.

What You'll Do:

  1. Own the strategy and delivery of key product initiatives within a wider transformation project
  2. Guide and support two direct reports—sharp on business, but newer to product thinking and digital
  3. Work across cross-functional teams including brand, supply chain, eComm, and CX
  4. Use your physical product know-how to balance manufacturing, logistics, customer insights, and digital strategy
  5. Help shift the organisation's mindset and embed stronger product-led thinking
What You Bring:
  1. Proven experience managing physical consumer products—apparel, wellness, personal care, FMCG, or similar
  2. Strong product management skills across strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management
  3. A commercially savvy mindset with the ability to coach others
  4. Comfort leading in environments that are less digitally mature
  5. Experience working in or around business transformation projects is a bonus
