Manager - Marketing, Specialist in Temp and Contract at Hays

Join a global fashion and beauty leader and play a key role in driving impactful retail presentation across Chemist and Retail Specialist environments for well-known and elevated luxury brands. This is a corporate head office-based role, with some travel to the field required.

Your new role

  • Implement brand-aligned visual merchandising plans for campaigns, store rollouts, and activations
  • Manage artwork, POS materials, supplier coordination, and budget tracking
  • Capture and report execution insights to support continuous improvement
  • Support new store openings, retail events, and visual innovations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and retailers to ensure elevated brand presence

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–3 years' experience in VM, ideally in beauty or FMCG environments
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Confident communicator and project manager with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and collaborating across teams
  • Holds a valid driving licence and available for occasional travel
