Rubix Solutions is in collaboration with our client who is Western Australia's largest electricity generator and retailer, serving over one million residential, business, and industrial customers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to lead and support the transition from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in SAP EAM and a proven ability to deliver seamless, optimized asset management processes in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the migration of SAP EAM processes from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
  2. Analyze existing ECC configurations and determine compatibility and changes required for S/4HANA.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement optimized asset management solutions.
  4. Customize SAP EAM modules in line with business requirements and S/4HANA best practices.
  5. Execute data migration activities including ETL for asset-related datasets.
  6. Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure performance and data integrity.
  7. Deliver user training and post-go-live support for S/4HANA EAM functionalities.
Must-Have Technical and Functional Skills:
  1. In-depth knowledge of SAP EAM modules and their integration with SCM, HR, FICO, PS, PPM, MM, and FI.
  2. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
  3. Experience with cloud-based EAM solutions and IoT integration.
  4. Expertise in master data management, work order management, project management, fleet, and ratables.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  1. Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migrations including configuration and data migration.
  2. Proficiency with tools such as Migration Cockpit and Simplification Item Check.
  3. Familiarity with predictive maintenance and advanced analytics.
  4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
