The role:
Our Facilities Management team is recognised as a leader indelivering top-tier facilities management across Australia. In this role, youwill be responsible for a portfolio of Commercial/Industrial Properties inAdelaide. Your success in this role will depend on your ability toprovide exceptional client service, foster strong tenant relationships, prepareand manage reports, oversee contracts, and achieve set objectives. The idealcandidate will be self-motivated, capable of strategic thinking, and able tocollaborate effectively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Weekly PresentationInspections for all assets.
- Conduct Monthly PropertyInspections for all assets.
- Being the primary contact fortechnical and maintenance advice across a portfolio of retail centers.
- Procuring services to ensure alltechnical, risk and statutory requirements are satisfied and within budget.
- Managing essential services,including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.
- Developing and implementingpreventative maintenance programs.
- Building and maintaining strongrelationships with our client, tenants, and tenant representatives.
- Ensuring timely delivery ofcompliance, risk, and sustainability targets and KPIs,
- Ensuring optimal operation ofbuildings to design.
- Detailed monitoring andmanagement of energy and water consumption.
- Independently managingsmaller-scale capital expenditure improvements
- Preparing detailed monthlyactivity reports

- 2 plus years ofcommercial/retail/industrial (as required) experience in the facilities and/orproperty industry.
- Building trade background ispreferred but not essential.
- Significant work experience anddemonstrated success in a similar role or related industry.
- Effective communication skills –written communications are succinct.
- Ability to analyse and resolvebasic issues.
- Demonstrates initiative and aproactive approach to work.
- Proven track record of contractand contractor management
- Must have a valid driver'slicense and own reliable form of transport.
