We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Carer to join our team at Lady McCusker Home in Duncraig. Our residents value your presence, and we need your skills in a part-time role offering 24.75 hours per fortnight. If you enjoy supporting residents with your care skills and sharing a laugh, we want to hear from you

Monday: 07:00 - 15:00

Thursday: 15:15 - 21:00

Please note, commitment to all scheduled days/shifts is required for consideration.

• Support residents' physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing through individualized care
• Assist with care needs as per care plans
• Support mobility and transfers of residents
• Collaborate with team members to promote a harmonious environment
• Advocate for residents' rights
• Assist with personal hygiene, showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with medication management in accordance with profiles
• Maintain effective communication within the workplace

You will build strong, positive relationships with residents, providing compassionate, dignified care. You will play a key role in delivering our award-winning model of care and making a positive impact on residents' quality of life.

• Certificate III in Aged Care
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience administering medications
• Valid Police Clearance (within last 6 months) or ability to obtain
• NDIS Screen Check or willingness to obtain
• Current Flu and Covid vaccinations (x3)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Availability for a 7-day induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
