About the Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW)

The Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW) delivers specialised short courses and accredited higher education qualifications in Applied Health Science. ACHW equips students to become experts in the fast-evolving fields of Dermal Therapy and Clinical Aesthetics. As part of Scentia Pty Ltd, ACHW collaborates closely with AIM Business School and other Scentia brands to deliver innovative, high-quality education through online and blended learning modes, with practical training across clinics in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast.

About the Role

As the Head of ACHW, you will lead the academic vision and strategic direction of the School, driving innovation in teaching and learning with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and online education. Reporting to the Chief Education Officer – Higher Education, the Head of School will oversee academic delivery, curriculum development, student experience, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for maintaining a high-performing academic team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and ensuring ACHW remains at the forefront of health and wellness education. This role also includes overseeing the development of new degree and involves collaboration across Scentia's higher education brands to identify efficiencies, share best practices, and enhance competitive positioning. Part-time options could be considered for this role.

About You

We are seeking an inspiring and experienced academic leader with at least a master's degree in health and wellness or a related discipline, and a strong track record in higher education. You will bring extensive teaching experience, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for digital learning innovation. Your ability to manage complex academic operations, engage diverse student cohorts, and lead curriculum development will be key to your success. You will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative partner, and a champion of inclusive education, with deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to academic excellence. Experience working across multi-brand environments and fostering vibrant learning communities will be highly regarded.
