Are you ready to take the next step in your warehouse career with a global leader in medical technology? We're looking for a proactive and energetic Warehouse Line Leader to join our Sydney team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth material flow and supporting our production environment.

This position is part of our dynamic warehouse leadership team, with a key focus on Kanban operations, material replenishment, and supporting our frontline teams in delivering high-quality products that change lives.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Lead and support a team of up to 8 warehouse operators in a fast-paced Kanban environment.
  2. Oversee the efficient replenishment of raw materials from receiving to production lines.
  3. Coordinate picking of work orders and manage stock availability for production.
  4. Be the go-to person for material handling queries from Production Line Leaders and Team Leads.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the floor—fast thinking is key.
  6. Provide real-time feedback to minimize production impact from stock shortages.
  7. Oversee the removal of production waste through the Kanban system to the warehouse.

About You

  1. You're a natural leader—energized by fast-paced environments and passionate about driving team performance. You lead from the front, tackle problems head-on, and mentor others with a calm, can-do attitude.

What You Bring

  1. Experience managing or leading a team in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
  3. Familiarity with Oracle transactions and BPA scanner use.
  4. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize on the go.
  5. Clear and confident communication skills—verbal and written.
  6. Ability to interpret work instructions and procedures effectively.
  7. Forklift license preferred (mandatory for this role).
