Fetch Recruitment is seeking experienced HD Fitters / Mechanics for an ongoing 2 / 1 roster, commencing ASAP.

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading Mining Owner Operator with a long-term role available for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone available immediately, ready to take initiative. This role suits an experienced mining HD fitter / mechanic with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Must be available for an ASAP start, within 2 weeks.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HD Fitter working on mining machinery
  • Experience with a variety of mining equipment - trucks, diggers, dozers, loaders, graders
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Trade qualification
  • Availability for an ASAP start
  • No contracting work or sponsorship available

Additional Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive approach, able to lead without supervision
  • Ability to show initiative and complete tasks efficiently
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Two references for similar roles
