I'm on the lookout for the right fit to join us at Full Life Psychology as a part-time Practice Manager. I'm not in a rush — it's important to me to find someone who really connects with our vision and loves both our clients and our team as much as I do.

About Full Life Psychology

Full Life Psychology is a warm and nurturing psychology practice in Maroochydore. Our tight-knit team is down-to-earth, supportive, and enjoys having a laugh while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. At the heart of our clinic are Christian values — we aim to see freedom, hope, and purpose restored to our clients — and we welcome anyone and everyone from all walks of life and faith backgrounds.

Qualification

This is a pivotal role that works closely with the director, keeping the practice running smoothly and helping us deliver on our mission.

We're hoping to find someone who:

  • has related experience — such as practice management, personal assistant/EA work, or a similar role in a health or service-based business
  • brings a strong business mind — a business degree is a bonus but not essential if you have the mindset and skills
  • has strong leadership skills and is proactive & capable of working independently
  • is good with numbers and comfortable in

Excel

is

  • confident to handle tricky situations and conversations, and doesn't shy away from them
  • has a passion for building and growing relationships
  • leads by coming alongside people and supporting them — both the team and me as director
  • is looking for a place to call "home" and grow with the practice for years to come
