We are seeking dynamic and motivated Information ManagementAnalysts and Officers to play a key role in shaping the future ofinformation governance across the City. This is a uniqueopportunity to contribute to the implementation of the City'sInformation Management Governance Framework — a criticalinitiative to strengthen how we manage, use, and protectinformation.

In these roles, you will support the City in building robustinformation management capability by delivering enabling technologysolutions, improving processes, and embedding best practicesthrough targeted training and support. Your work will help ensurethat information is treated as a strategic asset, empowering betterdecision-making and enhancing service delivery for ourcommunity.

Information Management Officer

$88,388 – $93,602

  • Training & Support: Deliver recordsand information management training, provide help desk support,and build staff capability across the organisation.
  • Business Improvement: Contribute toprojects and initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, andstrategic alignment in records and information management.
  • Compliance & Governance: Maintainprocedures, monitor legislative compliance, and stay informedof developments in government and State Records Officeinitiatives.
  • Information Management Operations: Managecore records functions, administer the EDRMS and disposalprograms, and represent the City in relevant forums and usergroups.

Information Management Analyst

$98,141 – $103,949

  • Training & Education: Design anddeliver targeted training programs to enhance recordkeepingknowledge and competency across all levels of staff in anevolving digital environment.
  • Business Improvement & ProjectDelivery: Lead and support strategic informationmanagement initiatives by analysing current processes,recommending improvements, and driving innovation through bestpractice, workflow development, and system optimisation.
  • Support & Customer Service: Providehigh-level help desk support, liaise with business units toresolve recordkeeping issues, and ensure service delivery meetscorporate performance standards.
  • Compliance & Governance: Advise onlegislative compliance, maintain policy and procedures,administer the City's archival and disposal program, andoptimise EDRMS functionality in line with regulatory andorganisational requirements.

If you have a tertiary qualification in Information Managementor related discipline with relevant experience, we welcome yourapplication.
