As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession store's financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also involve building a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
- Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business.
- Ensure the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
- Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
- Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers.

Attributes you possess
- A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Proven experience managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
- Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
- Operational excellence, including stock control and visual merchandising.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
