AI Engineer – Technology Risk Management

Our Technology Risk Management team leverages AI and automation solutions to enhance processes and conduct advanced risk analysis. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping how we identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks, ensuring Macquarie's continued leadership in global financial services.

What role will you play?

You will develop and deploy innovative AI solutions to improve technology risk management. Your responsibilities include designing scalable platforms, integrating AI models, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and generative AI for risk insights, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. You will also establish best practices for AI adoption aligned with Macquarie's broader strategies.

What you offer
  • Technical expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex
  • Experience deploying generative AI applications in production, including prompt engineering and system monitoring
  • Skills in building reusable AI infrastructure, model-serving systems, and developer tools
  • Knowledge of emerging AI protocols like Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent communication
  • Strong engineering skills, including testing, version control, and quality practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and AI services like Bedrock and SageMaker, focusing on cost optimization
  • Full-stack development background for end-to-end system design
  • A passion for leveraging AI to solve complex challenges and drive innovation
