About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Surry Hills Outlet.

This is a part time position at 36.5 hours per / week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
  • Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
  • Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
