The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cranes and Lifting Team in Perth to support ongoing crane maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of projects to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.

Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, company and contractual requirements.

Manage the timeliness and accuracy of project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.

Review and prepare campaign documents including quotations, equipment lists required to execute various scopes, technical workpacks, project charters and reports.

Manage crane maintenance campaigns from start-to-finish, including stakeholder and client management, preparation of documentation and project scope, mobilisation meeting, mobilisation of personnel and equipment, execution, delivery, close out and invoice preparation.

Provide technical support and mentoring to other engineers and technicians.

Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.

Communicate proactively and maintain client relationships.

Assist Engineers / Technical Advisors with the development of mechanical and hydraulic drawings, procedures, manuals, specifications and general engineering documents.

Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Cranes and Lifting experience.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft office and project Management Software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, project stakeholders and technicians.

Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

A professional, results-driven, and personable approach to managing project teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrate ability to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget

Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.

Advanced time management and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
