About the Role:

9-month contract for mid-level UX Research Manager (April 2025-Jan 2026)

As UX Research Manager, you will report into the Senior UX Research Manager. You will be at the forefront of managing key components of our Product & Design portfolio. This includes assisting with our core tracking and regular strategic UX research projects, as well as handling ad hoc assignments.

With minimum 2 years of experience in a UX research role, you will help to provide impactful business insights that drive change and decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative cross-functional team environment, driving customer-led thinking. Your proactive nature, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are crucial to your success.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Assisting with end-to-end UX research projects, from brief to final presentation.
  2. Assisting with delivery of ongoing UX research tracking programs.
  3. Collaborating with agency & recruitment partners on ad-hoc projects and tracking programs.
  4. Collaborating with Design, Product & Strategy/Research departments.
  5. Utilising skills in user research tooling platforms (e.g maze).
  6. Presenting insights and implications to stakeholders effectively.
  7. Advising the optimal approach based on the brief, implementing best practice research tools, methodologies, and processes.
  8. Handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.

About You

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a UX research role.
  2. Excellent project management skills.
  3. Excellent qualitative skills & knowledge of UX methodologies. You're always focused on understanding, and effectively communicating, the "so what?".
  4. Good knowledge of quantitative UX methodologies (e.g a/b testing, surveys).
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable & confident presenting to senior leaders.
  6. Curious and questioning mindset; you don't just accept the status quo.
  7. Highly proactive and self-motivated, anticipating follow-up questions and requests.
  8. A strategic, critical thinker, you triangulate data from various sources to build a robust understanding.
