Job Overview

Care Connect, a leading not-for-profit organization, is looking for dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide essential in-home services. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal grooming and hygiene
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Perform domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility within the home and community
  • Prioritize clients' well-being and safety at all times
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home and Community Care, or Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (or first-year university study)
  • Minimum 3 months paid experience in Aged Care or Community Care
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Requirements

Full Australian working rights, current Police & Working With Children Checks (arranged if necessary).
