Overview

We are looking for an onsite Site Supervisor to join our team for the construction and raising of tailings dams at various mine sites.

Schedule & Location
  • 2/1 Roster
  • DAY Shift ONLY
  • FIFO from Perth
  • Full-Time OR Casual Position
Requirements
  • Experience as an earthwork's supervisor in a production-based role
  • Clear communication with employees, management and the client
  • Experience operating Dozers, Excavators and Graders; be prepared to operate a machine if needed
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Experience with TSF construction is desirable but not essential
  • Must have clean NPC and ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS
Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and implement daily pre-start meetings
  • Assign machinery to personnel
  • Ensure personnel are carrying out their tasks correctly and efficiently
  • Use laser set-up levels on pegs for the dozer
  • Ensure daily targets are not just met, but exceeded
