OSHC Coordinator | Outside School Hours Care

Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for an OSHC Coordinator to take charge of our vibrant Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program

In this role, you'll lead a team of educators, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure a safe , nurturing space where children can grow and thrive .

This permanent part-time role involves mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday, with additional paid admin hours each week.

Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols.

Family & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives.

Compliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, manage budgets, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement.

Relevant Qualifications – Working towards or holding a relevant Diploma level qualification (ACECQA approved).

Essential Certifications – First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training (current or willing to obtain).

Leadership Experience – Ideally 2 years in an OSHC leadership role, with strong team management skills.

  • Work Rights & Availability – Ongoing permanent Australian work rights, and available to work at least 80% of shifts.
