In this varied and engaging role, you'll provide critical administrative and research support to our in-house legal team. You'll be involved in a wide range of tasks from coordinating legal requests and managing contract workflows to maintaining legal registers, preparing reports, and supporting policy and procedure reviews. Your day might include liaising with stakeholders, coordinating external legal providers, conducting legal research, or assisting with the drafting of documents. Accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail are essential, as is a flexible, can-do attitude. This is a hands-on role where your contribution will directly support legal operations across the business, so no two days will look quite the same.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate legal requests and manage contract workflows
  • Maintain legal registers and prepare reports
  • Support policy and procedure reviews
  • Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate external legal providers
  • Conduct legal research and assist with drafting of documents
  • Provide administrative and research support to the in-house legal team
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a close-knit team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and clear, professional communication
  • Proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach
  • Attitude, adaptability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Relevant qualifications in Law are highly valued but not essential
  • Eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate security clearances
