Job Description

We have new opportunities in our Transformation Practice's Defence team in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you will provide advice and support to help Defence clients defend Australia, promote security and stability, and support the community as directed by the Government.

We seek passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to address critical challenges.

Please note: These positions require Australian Citizenship and willingness to undertake Baseline (or NV1) clearance for Defence work.

Our Business & Experience team supports clients in defining, designing, and delivering capabilities aligned with strategic objectives, including:

  • Capability design and costing
  • Systems engineering
  • Operating model design
  • Business requirements and process mapping
  • Service model design

We are recruiting for multiple roles at different career stages, from Associate to Director.

As a Senior Associate, you will:

  • Take ownership of projects and deliverables
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Serve as a key client contact
  • Support business development and proposals
