Crane Site Supervisor – SingletonBoom Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Crane Site Supervisor to join our team at our Singleton operations on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities- Supervising crane activities and operations onsite.
- Driving and leading a safe operational culture to all employees.
- Undertaking Safe Act Observations and facilitating toolbox meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ensure contract and preferred hire arrangements for the customer are met.
- Work alongside the Fleet Controller to ensure assets utilisation targets are met.
- Undertaking weekly/monthly reporting requirements within deadlines.
- Providing supervision to the workforce by promoting high morale through recognition and corrective action for poor performance.
- Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor.
- Hold a current High-Risk Licence with Rigging and/or Crane operating.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor within shutdown operations, mining construction and maintenance work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage safety.
- Demonstrated experience with managing customers.
- High level interpersonal skills.
