Crane Site Supervisor – Singleton

Boom Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused Crane Site Supervisor to join our team at our Singleton operations on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising crane activities and operations onsite.
  • Driving and leading a safe operational culture to all employees.
  • Undertaking Safe Act Observations and facilitating toolbox meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ensure contract and preferred hire arrangements for the customer are met.
  • Work alongside the Fleet Controller to ensure assets utilisation targets are met.
  • Undertaking weekly/monthly reporting requirements within deadlines.
  • Providing supervision to the workforce by promoting high morale through recognition and corrective action for poor performance.
Role Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Crane Supervisor.
  • Hold a current High-Risk Licence with Rigging and/or Crane operating.
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor within shutdown operations, mining construction and maintenance work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage safety.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing customers.
  • High level interpersonal skills.
