Introduction:

Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.

We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to over 80 practitioners, 14 of whom are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics.

Description:

The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful radiography department as a Receptionist on a full-time basis. This role supports the day-to-day running of the clinic and includes managing and running the department, supporting a team of two radiographers, as well as all internal and external stakeholders.

What you need for this role:

  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to run smooth operations with excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • A high level of initiative and motivation
  • A drive to learn and grow
  • The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
