ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain a culture which values Quality requirements of the business.
- People leadership (This position has 5 direct and 10 indirect reports.)
- Reporting and Audits.
- Enable process changes and improvements through consultation, coaching and empowerment.
About you:
- Science or technical degree in an associated or complementary discipline (Food Safety, Food Technology.)
- Experience in a Quality management role in a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to prepare reports and documentation to meet site and audit requirements.
- Understand and comply with the requirements of the HACCP Food Safety Program.
- Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills.
