Job Description:

We are seeking a Field Technician based in Brisbane CBD. The role requires passing a national Police check and being available for rostered out-of-hours support (on call).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality desktop support to all users, including executives.
  • Set up and support laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.
  • Assist users face-to-face, via phone, and remote tools.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance.
  • Manage and track assets, requests, and incidents accurately.
  • Prioritize support requests and work orders.
  • Maintain detailed service records and job notes.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries.
  • Complete tasks within assigned timeframes.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with basic hardware and operating systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Police checks and drug screens.
