Overview

Trainee Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) – East Lindfield, New South Wales. This traineeship offers a fixed term full-time contract up to 18 months with on-the-job training, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Salary: $43,024.80 to $49,280.40 p.a. + super.

Location: East Lindfield, NSW. Status: Traineeship with strong development focus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of educational programs for young children
  • Support the emotional, social, and physical development of children
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
  • Contribute to building strong relationships with families
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Completion of Higher School Certificate
  • Commitment to complete the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
  • Working with Children clearance number
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment
  • Salary for this position is as per the Award
