Overview

Casual Active Stylist position at Lorna Jane Rockhampton store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, contributing to store targets and KPIs, and representing the Lorna Jane brand with integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Put customers at the heart of the experience; be passionate about exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Embrace a drive for success, challenge the status quo, and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Support achieving store targets and KPIs; stay motivated to reach goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive, high-performing store environment.
  • Demonstrate accountability for personal results and growth; act with intention in decision-making.
  • Build relationships with customers; engage with fashion and sustainability values and the Move, Nourish, Believe philosophy.

You will contribute to a proud, iconic Australian activewear brand and be excited to connect with customers.
