We're looking for dedicated civil professionals to join our QLD team in roles that match your skills and ambitions, based in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast:
Principal Civil Engineer: Guide teams, shape project strategies, navigate approvals, and build trusted relationships with developers and councils.
Senior Civil Engineer: Lead projects from start to finish, expand your client connections, and grow toward senior leadership roles.
Civil Project Manager: Oversee project delivery from approvals to completion, blending technical expertise with strong client partnerships.
These roles are part of a collaborative QLD civil team within a national firm, working on diverse, community-defining projects backed by a secure order book from top-tier developers. With flexible locations across SEQ, you can work where you feel most at home.

What You'll Contribute
RPEQ (or working toward it) with a civil engineering background.
Experience delivering master planned communities (1,000–10,000 lots) from start to finish.
Ability to build strong relationships with tier-1 developers and authorities.
Skills in managing technical, financial, and commercial project aspects.
A passion for mentoring teams and contributing to QLD's growth strategy.
Commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
