The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Humanities & Commerce Teacher to join our amazing Maryborough team on a full-time, permanent basis, commencing in July 2025. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Teacher to deliver engaging and thought-provoking instruction in subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Business and Economics. The ideal candidate will inspire students to think critically, understand global and social dynamics, and develop a deep appreciation for history, culture and business acumen.

About You:
All applicants will need an excellent understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, be a QLD registered teacher, and have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications.

You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.

The Campus
The OneSchool Global Maryborough Campus is situated in a serene environment that is surrounded by lush remnant bushland and vast sugarcane fields on the northern outskirts of town, just off the road to Hervey Bay. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art learning facilities that cater to both online and face-to-face classes. The campus offers a small school atmosphere, with a total of 39 students from Years 3 through 12.
