Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Program Delivery & Child Development:

• Design and implement stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)< r>
• Facilitate intentional teaching moments through play-based activities including storytelling, music, art and sensory exploration< r>
• Observe and document children's progress to support individual learning goals and share insights with families< r>
• Guide social-emotional development by modelling positive behaviour and conflict resolution strategies< r>Daily Care & Wellbeing:

• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards including nappy changing, toileting assistance and mealtime supervision< r>
• Create predictable routines that provide children with emotional security while allowing flexibility for spontaneous learning< r>
• Conduct thorough safety checks of indoor/outdoor environments and resources before activities< r>
• Administer first aid when required and follow health management plans for children with additional needs< r>Family & Community Engagement:

• Build trusting relationships with families through daily conversations and formal progress updates< r>
• Collaborate with room leaders to create displays that make children's learning visible to parents< r>
• Participate in community events and centre initiatives that strengthen family connections< r>Compliance & Professionalism:

• Maintain current working with children check - first aid certification and relevant qualifications< r>
• Contribute to quality improvement processes through reflective practice< r>
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance practice< r>
Skills & Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)< r>

• Genuine passion for early childhood development with endless patience and creativity< r>
