NICU Nurse – Royal Hospital for Women (RHW), South Eastern Sydney

Location: Randwick, NSW – Southeastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

The Royal Hospital for Women (RHW) in Randwick, part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD), is seeking experienced NICU Nurses to join its world-class team.

About the Role:
RHW is a major tertiary referral hospital providing specialist care to critically ill and premature newborns. As a NICU nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, compassionate care in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Essential Criteria:

  • Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to apply)
  • Minimum 3 years of NICU experience in an acute hospital setting gained in UK, Ireland, USA, or New Zealand hospitals
  • Strong neonatal clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to excellence in patient care, safety, and family-centred practice
